No. Dalemi reads and writes data in real-time through the Notion API, and your page content is never stored on Dalemi servers. To load your mindmap quickly, we do cache the page titles, icons, and tree structure, along with your map settings (layout, camera position, etc.). All of it is deleted when you disconnect your workspace.
The free plan includes 50 nodes, tree layout, PNG export (with watermark), JSON & Markdown export, and AI brainstorming (3 times/day). PDF requires Pro or higher, SVG requires Max.
Yes. We use Notion OAuth 2.0, and access tokens are encrypted with AES-256. All API calls are processed server-side, so tokens are never exposed to the client.
Since payments are one-time, there's no subscription to cancel — when your paid period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan with no further charges. You'll get a full refund only if you request it within 7 days of payment, haven't used any paid features, and haven't switched plans (Pro↔Max) in the meantime. If you've used the paid plan for at least 1 day or switched plans within that window, the refund may be restricted. After 7 days, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of Company fault or duplicate charges. To request a refund, please use the Contact Us form.
